Have you heard the law of attractions which basically believes that you attract who you are. Somehow I do believe it since thankfully until now all of my clients have been wonderful friendly ‘gezellig’ people including these two. Vivian and Martijn have known each other for the past 18 years and after 2 failed attempts of proposal finally she said yes. In a matter of 3 weeks time they got everything prepared and if anyone could pull a last minute wedding then it’s gotta be them.
Their wedding was an intimate wedding with family and closest friends. In the corner of PC Hoofstraat in Amsterdam stood this Indonesian restaurant Sama Sebo. Being culinary fanatics themselves, Sama Sebo is one of their favourite restaurant. And what could have been a better place to get married if not in one your favourite spot.
Vivian and Martijn, thank you for having us. We wish you all the very best in your new life together!
The day began directly with the crowd who was anxiously waiting for the bride and groom.

Finally they arrived all happy and ready to get married.

Yay married at last!

The cake was decorated with real gold flakes.

Cute drawings made by nieces and nephew.

Thank you Sama Sebo Restaurant for being a super host. You even took a good care of us, we couldn’t thank you enough. The food was delicious and Daniel and his staff were certainly some of the friendliest people in the restaurant industry.

Eventhough Martijn dislikes speech, father in law still did it. Who could resist a speech from a father in law anyway?

The nephew and niece were the cutest.

We took some quick portrait outside the venue.

And also on PC Hooftsraat, Sunday evening no one was there but couple hours before that, it was buzzing with shoppers.

What would Amsterdam be without it’s tram.

They also rented the fuji instax wide for the guest book. It turned out to be very neat.
